  Called 3 times told them if i cloud change my shoes and they said yes 3 times when i get there spoke to manager larry and he told me he would help me he said the shoes had a hole and said they where going to make an exception and help me out after 3 minutes he spoke to one of his employees that i had spoken to before and he went back on his word and told me sorry i am not going to be able to help you out. Apart that i paid 240$ for this shoes the case is that he told me he would help and then said no i wont you are on your own. Horrible i live 50m away and to drive here for no reason was horrible. I would say never come here not even the manager has word about what he is going to do. Negative 5 starts of i could.

  Good store with helpful employees. Once in a while you can find a pair of running shoes marked down over $100 if you are smart.

  Good Dealz on the back wall but whoever reorganized the store didnt improve that animal house of a walkway for the clearance section (where 70% of the people are).

  I was helped by Joel and he was wonderful. He asked what kind of shoes that I wanted and found a bunch of different pairs for me to try on. I finally picked out a beautiful pair and he was able to have me pay him directly instead of having to stand in line forever. He was great. Thank you Joel.

  First thing I have to say is that this store is always jammed full of people. The prices are good and they have some great sales. Even though there are a ton of customers the staff is incredibly fast and helpful. I hate crowds but it makes it worth while when the staff is helpful

  Worst store Ever !!!!! Sales rep name Shaun Geddes was very rude to me, after asking for a manger I got to speak to Adolfo Warner who I am NOT 100% sure if he is a manager or not after telling another sale associate he is Dealing with a customer , instead of saying he is helping a customer.
  Just very rude and worse experience ever!!!!
