At first, I was a bit skeptical about booking an appointment with the doctor due to some bad reviews and also some good. Working in a medical office, I understand that not every doctor is for everybody. I still decided to go ahead and make my appointment due to the fact that my mother Is severely bleeding out of her nose for the past week. This was the only doctor on zocdoc that accepted her insurance And was available the same day. I made the appointment through Zocdoc for 230. I decided to call the office before attending my appointment just to make sure and just to not waste any time, when I called the office I was told that no doctor with the name of Nicholas was found nor the last name. At this point I was a little uncomfortable because I know I made the appointment. Even though I have an emergency, the office never got back to me and never cleared up the mistake that was Made. I told the person I spoke to everything that’s been going on and they just disregarded what I said. Also, how I mentioned that I work in a medical office, I’ve decided to dress brush it off and try to find another doctor. I never found another doctor and still am going through it. I ask please if anyone that works in this medical office or any type of staff sees this message, please update your information and please reach out to patients correctly. This is very frustrating, especially since we are given the option to book this appointment. This is not fair and this is unacceptable. If you are seeing this review, just do not waste your time and keep looking for another doctor.

If I could give this guy a one star I would. I don't think I've ever left a doctor's office feeling worse than when I first entered...and trust, I've been to plenty horrible doctors stationed in the Bronx. I went in for a consultation for my keloid on my right ear and found this doctor through ZocDoc. Upon arriving he barely took any time getting to know my underlying problem, instead he began looking into my ear with one of those flashlight ear equipment and testing my ear, all to end by saying that surgery would be my best solution if not it'll get bigger ! Something I already knew! It doesn't take rocket science for that diagnosis. I was very upset to see my bill come up to a total of $400 being that I am also a student and he barely did any real examination such as taking my blood or running test other than observing my ear. I was not covered by my insurance so this was my mistake for not checking in beforehand but still a 400 dollar bill is outrageous for a so called doctor that didn't perform what looked like unrealistic examination of my case. He proceeded to turn me away and hung up the phone on me when I was curious to inquire about the bill being so high. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL. The office was very small and all instruments looked dirty and not sterilized too. Please be aware.

How did this guy get a 3.4 on zocdoc and so low here? Something doesn't add up. I booked an appointment and he was the only one available the next day. Emails confirming the appointment at 9:45am. I get there at 9:35am and there was noone there and building closed. Around 10pm I banged on the door and another resident opened the door to say Nicolas isn't there. Her rents a small office in the building. I tried to call and there was no answer! Waited around another 20 minutes and then left to find an urgent care.

If you can't be bothered then close and stay home! Don't give appointments and not turn up!

Never again. My doctor was on vacation and I needed immediate medical help for my sinus infection. Found Dr. Gno on Zocdoc and he took my insurance so I booked an appointment. All he did was shove some dirty equipment up my nose and ears, didn’t change his gloves instead he washed his hands with the gloves on. He then took the instrument that he shoved up my nose and washed it with water only and put it back where it was. He didn’t even bother to wash the instrument that he used to check my ear, he just put it back in the drawer. His office was dusty and flared up my allergies more. He didn’t even listen to my concerns just told me that he doesn’t see anything wrong. And then told me I have a $30 cash co-pay. Normally I wouldn’t mind but he literally did nothing for me. I will NEVER go back.

    Hello,
I made an appointment with Dr NOOO way am i going back to him. I had the flu and for the first time in my life my ear was blocked up (according to my mom) due to the congestion. After a week and no sign of it clearing up I wanted to make sure everything was normal. I had no insurance and was told it would be $100 for the exam and visit. Upon entering the office, i explained my situation to Dr Gno (that i wasn't hearing properly in my left ear and i think its because of the congestion) He said he had to do a hearing test, I said ok. After finishing the hearing test. He said i had hearing loss in my left ear.(which i could have paid my self $100 to tell me) gave me a prescription for amoxicillin and said i owed him an extra $50 dollars. Never looked in my ear but wanted to dip in my pocket. First and worst experience at an ENT doctor.
