Stopped in after the rain this past weekend as my family and I relocate for work. We were 99% set on renting a house since there are 5 of us but after discovering the Lofts online more than anything I just wanted to scope the place out being so fascinated with history. My wife was not thrilled with how much I wanted to make this place work, even if only for a short time. While we now plan to purchase a home in the south Atlanta area I am a wee bitter I couldn't get my own pad here. Maybe someone will Airbnb me a couch every once in awhile? With all that being said a very interesting place that I am very happy I took the time to almost to see.

If you're looking for a place to rent in Newnan, I definitely recommend the Lofts. Great staff, great location (train isn't that bad), and a very cool old structure. Very unique apartments and reasonable rent prices.

I absolutely love The Lofts, the exposed brick, high ceilings and the history was the first appeal for me. The staff is very friendly and catering to any issues that may arise. The pool and grill area is relaxing and something to look forward to on the weekends. I would recommend the Lofts to anyone searching for a peaceful place to live.

I love this place! Super close to downtown and has such a historic feel to it. Great people and not to mention the guy up front was super helpful and made me feel like I was home!!

Only place in the area with a fenced dog park. When your dog is your child sometimes you just need to take a break, sit down and let them run crazy so momma can rest! Also just a quiet and serene place to sit and think. Loves it!
