  Great service, some very nice staff. As for Jocelynn Ramsey, definitely does not display empathy or solve issues in a timely fashion.
  My father passed 3 months ago nearly and they have not gotten some keepsakes ordered that we had setup at the initial appointments. It took me 2 months of inquiry for them to tell me the necklace wasn't ordered because they didn't know what I wanted engraved. It was done at the appointment and they never contacted me about this. Now another month has passed and no word on this keepsake or tracking number. I wish I never had to deal with this individual.

  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful service and the job you performed on my mother. She looked so beautiful, and the celebration of her life was beyond amazing. I will recommend you to anyone.

  I've participated in a number of funerals at Newcomer, both at the Kettering location and at Beavercreek. I also recently made arrangement for my mom's prepaid funeral. Their prices are reasonable. I've always been impressed with the friendly staff and helpfulness.
