Discriminating receptionist
A friend I recommended years ago overheard the receptionist say “we have cancellations everyday and can add you to the wait list” and told me to call to make an appointment right away to get a painful cavity looked at. The receptionist kept insisting to know my name (she didn’t type anything down and there was no time to look up a file) before telling me that there aren’t appointments until next year.report this review -

First experience I met with a young male doctor who had a bizarre attitude right of the bat. Providing no information and seemingly talking down to me like I must take whatever I get and my questions aren't valid. He then declared that this isn't working, and shut down the apt with a temp still in my mouth. The owner of the practice is on vacation, so I have no recourse. This could happen to you here so beware of that guy. For all I know this practice could do good work, if they fired that guy, but I'll never go back to find out.

Chipped my front tooth the day before starting a new position. Called when they opened and an hour later walked out with an even better smile. Thank you Dr. Doe and Alana, fantastic job and deeply appreciated!
