Newburger-Andes is an Atlanta-based, full-service real estate company that was founded in 1975. Newburger-Andes provides leasing, brokerage, acquisition and property management for over 100 properties that encompass over 2.5 million square feet of shopping centers, office complexes, multi-tenant warehouses and freestanding single-tenant retail buildings.

As a second generation company with over four decades in the real estate business, we have been extremely active in the Atlanta commercial real estate industry and have a proven track record of keeping our clients and investment partners as our main focus. Our long-term stability and extremely high integrity have fostered steady growth and financial strength, enhancing our reputation as an industry leader in the Atlanta market.

Newburger-Andes was founded by Sidney H. Newburger, CEO, and Jerry M. Andes, COO, in 1975. Newburger-Andes' second generation, Amy Newburger-Silver CAO, and David Andes CIO -- with over 20 and 25 years in the real estate industry respectively -- are now the primary equity owners of Newburger-Andes.

Currently, the company controls properties with over 1,000 tenants. Newburger-Andes has over 200 syndication/investment partners, many of whom have been committed investors since the company's inception.

Newburger-Andes owns and occupies a headquarters office building at 201 Allen Road in Sandy Springs with frontage on Interstate 285. Newburger-Andes corporate office employs eight investment sales & leasing professionals with significant experience and successful histories in the commercial real estate business and six people within the accounting, property management and administrative functions.
