  Manager Dee Dee in this Augusta branch is a rock star!! After unsuccessful calls and getting the runaround from the Greenville store, and being forwarded to #'s no longer in service or that could not help I decided to call this store. Instead of saying sorry not our store, not our state and not our mistake she earnestly listened to my rant, got necessary info, apologized for the other store and said she would do what she could to help me. In a very short span of time I received a call back as promised and she had fixed the problem that wasn't even made at her store. After the incompetence and unprofessionalism at the Greenville location I had no intent on ever frequenting this chain again, but since Dee Dee went so far above and beyond I have changed my mind. I surely hope corporate appreciates what they have in this young lady!! #savedtheday

  The store is well organized and things are easy to find. The staff was extremely polite and helpful! One young lady named Cymone was very kind to me and even ordered an item that was out of stock at the store. The blouse arrived within couple of days at my house! Than you Cymone.
