If you can get there in person by all means go! Great selection of quality knives fixed blade and folders Too much to look at and they don't pester you to buy. The quality and design speaks for itself. Hundreds of knives all well displayed by brand category. Bought an electric belt knife sharpener I had read about but could not find anywhere to see and touch it. Fair pricing and I'd rather buy from a local small shop that's knowledgeable about their products they sell.

I recently ordered a knife from New Graham. I ordered over the phone and the customer service representative was very competent and friendly. When the knife arrived I realized that the color of the blade was not what their website description said it was supposed to be. I called New Graham back and they apologized and once the knife was returned they promptly refunded me.
Though there was a slight mishap on their part, if the opportunity arises I will do business with them again.

Excellent customer service. Very fast replies to emails. Highly recommend purchasing your knives through them. Prices are competitive however even if the price is a little higher than some where else the customer service alone more than makes up for the price difference. You will not be disappointed.
