Huge place, but even though the staff are friendly & helpful they basically follow you around the whole place watching your every move. They have cameras everywhere & signs everywhere stating that, so the babysitting is not needed & really annoying.. As soon as they see you carrying anything they want to take it up front & old it for you. I had a magazine & they did this. I get it if it's something large or you had a lot of things but come on. The prices are very expensive. Been there a few times but never leave with much if anything.

I come here quite often and enjoy taking my time. I don't feel rushed or pressured. I never leave empty handed. The employees are really nice and willing to help when needed. It's my new favorite antique store.

Huge selection of depression glass, antiques and furniture. Lots of stained glass and Tiffany-style lights, too. Friendly staff. New Berne Antiques is much bigger than it appears from the road. Can't wait to return and see what treasures I find next!

My wife and I own and operate our own Antique Mall in Va but we never pass through eastern NC without making time to stop in. The selection is great the owners are friendly and we never leave empty handed
