Such a great experience every time we go here. Love the new additions to the lawn and tap room. Always great to try their latest beers. Wonderful service! Try to get a tour if you can but if you are planning to go on a weekend, plan to book ahead of time!

I've done a few brewery tours now and this one takes the grand prize! It's free, takes 90 minutes, and you should make a reservation in advance. This place in general has a really cool vibe - I think most of the Fort Collins locals would work here if they could. I've come here for several fun events and I always tell my guests to go take the tour. It's dog friendly and there's usually a food truck parked outside.

Best brewery tour I've ever been on. So many samples for a free tour! Your tour guides seem to genuinely love their jobs and employees seem very invested in what they do. Awesome environment for anyone remotely interested in beer, or even if not, I bet they'll find something you like by the end of the tour. Only complaint: cool wool sweatshirt I wanted was way expensive. Still, this place is a must visit when you come to the Fort.

My wife and I stopped in for a early evening beer and were very disappointed in the level of service. The bar was not overly crowded and numerous staff walked past us over the course of 10 - 15 minutes (the staff seemed more interested in engaging in general discussions among themselves or with the opposite sex at the bar versus serving us). I generally would never complain about having to wait to order a beer, but the obvious lack of interest shown by the staff and then the rude remark given to my wife when she asked a passing staff member if we could order a beer warrants my comments. We as customers can talk with our feet and we did just that.

Perhaps my favorite craft brewery spot in Colorado. I was impressed by their facilities and how many people they can host. Until I visited, I've only had few New Belgium beers, namely, Fat Tire. It was far more enjoyable trying some new beers off tap. I must have spent about 3 hours there without even knowing. I'll definitely be doing the tour on my next visit!

Although I want to give it a 4.5 because I'm not a big fan of Belgian style beer, I gave them a 5 because they have lots of other beer that should satisfy the palate of any beer drinker. They give the best tours (5 samples!) and the company is profit shared whereas all the employees own a piece of New Belgium. That's progressive. The beer is great, too. I can never get enough of what is on tap.

I put New Belgium on my list of top places to visit while in Denver. I was really bummed out that the tours were booked because I really wanted to see the foeder area. One of the serving staff brought me back personally. It was truly awesome experience. While in the foeder area, I got to meet Lauren Salazar (if you don't know who she is, you should. She's completely awesome!) who is one of my brewing idols. From what I was told, most of the staff at this brewery are volunteers and own a share of the company. All of the staff is super friendly and awesome. The vibe I got from this brewery was very relaxed and everything was very laid back. Lots of beer on great beer on tap. There is usually a food truck outside with great food. Plenty of spots outside and yard games to play. You need to visit here. It's worth it!

They obviously make excellent beer, and having separate tasting prices so you can try a variety is awesome. The grounds are great and having outdoor music and games is a nice touch.

The environment of this place is amazing. Big open lawn, camp games, food truck, and music. One of the best breweries you can go to with a family. It looked incredibly busy but there was absolutely no wait for the bathrooms either.
While we can easily get New Belgium in stores we came anyway. Beer was very solid as expected. We ordered a flight of just the beers that are not locally available to us. Opinion of Homebrewers since 2012. Visited 100+ breweries across 25+ states.response / report this review -

NB ruined my life. For years my benchmark go to beet was Ranger IPA. For obvious reasons NB wanted to capitalize on the Ranger name so they released the voodoo series. Not a bad idea, except don't kill off the hand that feeds you, original Ranger. Kill the boss, all go down. Also 8 hop is horrible. The others are good, but original ranger is what propelled NB. Whoever made the decision to have crappy dead people beer labels and kill one of the best beers in the world should be fired. I guess your new labels represent what you just did to your company. Chickfila owned up to their mistake of killing the original BBQ sauce, and they brought it back, and apologized. NB, until the trusty Ranger is back in town, you are dead to me. They also are too lazy to answer emails.

We skipped out on the tour but had a great time just hanging outside on the patio, playing with our dogs, and drinking great beer! Different food trucks daily. The staff is super friendly and all tips go towards a charity. I love sour beers and they had three options on tap, not to mention tons of other great beers. Highly recommended!

New Belgium I believe is Fort Collins' oldest microbrewery, if you can even call them a microbrewery anymore. But they started the microbrewery craze in Northern Colorado. Now while I do like their beer and I always find something on top that I am going to enjoy, their beers are built for the masses and they really don't push the boundaries in the styles of beers as much as I would like. For the general public this is a great brewery, but I am a beer snob (I have no shame in that), and that is why I give them a 3 star. I think they could do more with their beer if they wanted to, but they just don't. Again their beer is awesome, and consistent in quality (ie: flavor, balance, color, carbonation, etc.) They have lots and lots of Tap Room space, and even more outdoor seating space. Their brewery tour is amazing, the best I have ever been on, and they usually have food trucks posted up near the building. It's one of the most fun breweries I have ever been to.
