Dr. Pass is fantastic, and his assistant is pleasant and easy to talk to. I always get great service from them when I go there.

Rude staff !! eye doctor (Dr. Pass) was extremely rude , had no patience with my child and I seen him rolling his eyes while giving my child simple directions, my child has a learning disability and ADHD !!!! How dare you !!! Then the doctor got rude with me because I went over to my child to explain the directions better so they would understand and the damn doctor rudely told me to sit down !! I will be finding another eye doctor soon for my children. The girl at the front desk was rude and rolled her eyes as if not wanting to be bothered with . I'm over bringing my children to neo vision !! Some of the staff and the Dr. Pass are beyond rude and so uppity . Time to find another eye doctor

Young looking girl with nasty short blonde hair is very rude! The only reason I will not return or recommend this business. I was told she is the owners daughter which has to be the only reason she even has a job here still especially after reading other reviews

The doctors and most staff are great. The front desk girl who looks like a teenager with copper orange blonde hair (wears huge glasses) is extremely rude. Has no customer service skills. She acts like she doesn't want to help you or even be here. She is the reason we won't be back.

receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. She also gets angry when customers ask for information. Owner of this place should know about this issue if they want to stay in the business. They hired most unprofessional person as a receptionist

Dr. Pass knows his stuff and is attentive, more so I think than some of the MD's I've been to. The sales side is excellent, they don't railroad you into something you don't want. They have everything you might imagine, but won't twist your arm into something you don't really want. I like soft sales.

The staff at NeoVision is one of the best, most knowledgeable group of people I've ever dealt with in any business. They always knew the answers to my questions, were there to help, and made me feel welcome. Top notch establishment and people.

Neo-Vision is hands down without a doubt the absolute best eye care place to go in Tippecanoe County. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about not only your eye care but also your overall experience. They have a beautiful state of the art facility and they only stock quality brands that have a proven track records..So forget that over-priced place in the mall where you're no more than a wallet and a number, go to Neo-Vision
