  I would recommend this company to any NEMT business, just starting or you’ve been in business for years. They are affordable which does not mean lacking, their software is robust. In addition to their routing software you also get employee timeclock, pay, dispatch, and billing reports, employee credentialing (I get alerts when a driver's credentialing is about to expire, which is a huge time saver) Fleet maintenance/management, communication with your drivers (HIPAA compliant) via tablet, and much, much more, probably more than you really need but everyone’s needs are different. They also offer customization!

They built a customized solution for our NEMT company leveraging their base product while adding key features for our specific business requirements. They have been responsive and easy to work with.
