  I attended a funeral of a dear friend on Sat. Oct. 4, 2013 which I also had to sing..One of your staff members, who I found out was a pastor, was very rude to me on Friday night at the viewing and then again 15 minutes before the funeral began..I have sang in many funeral homes in Southwest Virginia with love, kindness and thoughtfulness which is the way staff members should do, however, this rude man couldn't be nice at all and all I wanted was to know what to do with my music..This pastor , which at this time I did not know he was a pastor's, rudeness and unnecessary behavior was extremely uncalled for especially during such a emotional, sad time.Then I also found out that he has done this rudeness to others at your funeral home as well..You really need to talk to him or let him go because he surely has no business being a employee of this type of business..Kindness, love and thoughtfulness employees is what you should have on your payroll.I have a family who owns Farris Funeral home and told them what happened with my experience..They were shocked as I was..Said the man, pastor or no pastor, would no longer be an employee of theirs. Under these circumstances I hope and pray I will never have to step foot in your funeral home again..God bless you all, Debbie Richardson
