  If you have the time to go through the merchandise you may find some nice high end clothing and accessories at outlet prices. Sometimes when I have visited this location I get a little over whelmed. Displays could be better arranged.

  I am a frequent shopping at Neiman Marcus. The other day I received an coupon with NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED and CAN BE COMBINED WITH OTHER DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS for my birthday. I thought my loyalty finally paid off. So I went to Neiman Marcus at San Marcos Outlets and used the coupon at the cashier and this was how they treated me:
  
  Cashier: You cannot use this coupon because the items are already discounted.
  Me: Where does the coupon indicate I cannot use the coupon with other discounts or promotions?
  (Cashier reading the terms and conditions on the coupon)
  Cashier: I don't know. I need to call my manager.
  (Manager making an entrance and the cashier told the manager the coupon didn't exclude discounted and promotional items)
  Manager: You didn't meet the minimum amount purchased requirement to use this coupon.
  Me: Did you even read the terms and conditions? Where is that exclusion clause on the coupon? Are you making stuff up??
  (Manager started reading the terms and conditions on the coupon)
  Manager: Alright. You can use it.
  
  You just lost a customer forever.
