I have been a customer of Nemans cosmetic department for over 15 years. They offer a diverse range of products. Yes it is a bit of a status symbol but the freebies! I have been getting top end facials free with purchase! Please make friends with your favorite line consultant! There are rewards.
CATHERINE CONSALVI in cosmetics and fragrance was soo knowledgeable and helped me fine the perfect scent. She took so much time helping me, and i dont feel many SAles associates really care to help out anymore. Theyre trying to pressure you into trying the latest things as opposed to what youre looking for. She is definitely honest about ingredients and what lasts log as opposed to trying to just sell a brand.
This review is regarding their online shopping. I like the physical store. However the online site is slow, has glitches. The answer bots for "live" chats are absolutely dumb and have no clue what you are asking. Delivery of ordered good often times take too l8ng to process and get to you. I was sent the wrong size and got reimbursed with a gift card instead of my money. Now I can even use that card onl8ne. For such a "prestige" store very poor execution and service. Better use net-a-porte. I have switched.
Great for purchasing cologne/perfume. The associate spent literally 20 minutes helping me sample new fragrances until I found the one I wanted. Although they did try and push a certain brand, I understand they have a job, But I was not rushed and was a pleasant transaction.
Nicole Hill was extremely helpful in helping my fiancée find a dress for the rehearsal dinner. Would recommend coming here if you’re looking for a nice dress.
I go to Neiman Marcus primarily for Chanel makeup and Tata Harper products. I wanted to mention how great Donna is at the Chanel counter and Paula who works for Tata Harper. Donna has always been so kind and honest. I truly trust her opinion and her class exemplifies the brand. And Paula is so knowledgable about the products and their ingredients. Her product recommendations have significantly helped my skin and she has always let me try out a new product before purchasing to ensure that I see results and that it works with my skin type. These ladies are great and I highly recommend them to anyone!
This is the first time I have been in a regular Neiman Marcus store. I have been in tge Last call outlet at The Mills AT Jersey Gardens whitcb is closer than this one. Prices are high but cheeper than the ones in Jersey.
I bought one of those sticky bras for a wedding back in June. I wasn't completely sold on it and I told the sales associate. She said as long as I didn't take off the plastic backing I could return it if I found something else I liked better. So I bought it, but ultimately found something I liked better at Nordstrom. It sat in the box unopened until I made it back a few days ago to return it. The sales associate that approached me for the return began the process, but then out of nowhere, another sales associate intersected her, looked at my receipt and stated it was from June. The first associate pointed out that it was still within the 60 day window of return. This second sales associate then tells me that we have to go downstairs to lingerie to see if they return these types of items. On the way down on the escalator, she looks at my outfit (workout shorts and a tank top) and says, "You're a kid like my son. He's always naked, too." (Meanwhile, I am 30 years old and in no way was my outfit inappropriate.) We reach the sales associate that is working in lingerie. The associate that took me downstairs explains the situation and says, "We have to find Martina to see if we can return this." Then she disappears. I'm left with the lingerie associate staring at her phone while I'm waiting. Coincidentally, she was the same one that told me I could return the bra as long as I didn't remove the plastic backing back in June. I know I waited 10 minutes in silence as the lingerie associate looked at her phone. Finally, after Martina didn't show and the other associate never came back, the lingerie associate wordlessly hands me a receipt showing me that she had returned the item to my credit card. It was the strangest experience I have had in a department store.

By far the WORST department store customer service I have ever came across. I went in to by a pair of designer shoes and stood and waited in the same spot for 10-15 minutes while the associates made eye contact with me and asked everyone around me if they needed help.. everyone but me (it was not a busy day by any means in that shoe department). I tried to get someones attention and they blew me off.. It wasn't until i picked up my Louis Vuitton Shopping bag and was walking out that someone actually ask if i needed help.. Basically once they saw my other shopping bags they realized i could afford what i was looking at and they wanted to help. Same thing happened last year in when i went to buy a handbag. Not sure what the issue is but not a good experience. Don't waste your time here.
Go to this Neimens all the time. Daryl Mathew in the men's department is the best. Ask for him. Best stylist I've worked with.

Went to Kop Neiman Marcus two weeks ago. They didn't have my size or color so one of the sales clerk was amazing at finding it at another and had it shipped to me three business days. Long story short it was too long so I went in to return it today. The sales girl and her co worker came over and made me feel like I wore it and that I was dishonest. Tags still on and not a stain or sign of wear anywhere.The inside of the dress had wrinkles so that was discussed. It was shipped to me inside a box. Why wouldn't it be wrinkled. I'm a total Saks girl. Thought I'd give Give Neiman Marcus a try cause I love my Chanel and Louboutins. They have different styles and variations.
I used my Neiman Marcus store card. Thought it would be easy to return. Nope had to go to customer service. I had an emailed receipt. i will never buy another dress shipped to me because of this. Please only buy the dress if they have it there, because if you try to return it they will make you feel like you did something wrong. Horrible experience. Never again. Now I'm afraid to even buy online. What if I have to return something because it doesn't fit?????
