  We had Richard out to our home. He was amazing. So nice and quick to find the issue. He was back with parts to complete the job the next morning and he did a great job. I did not see him once not smiling and willing to explain what he was doing in a way I understood. He was even sitting on the floor playing with our baby while I prepared payment. Wow! Great job and thank you Richard. This company would be the first one I call in the future.
  Even the lady who helped me over the phone was very enthusiastic and friendly. She ensured me someone would be out immediately which is a good feeling when a big plumbing issue takes place. I spoke to roto-rooter just before I called Neighborhood and did not receive the same experience. Thank you all at Neighborhood Plumbing!

  Our water heater’s surface igniter went out. Neighborhood had the part in St. Cloud and installed it within minutes. Jeff, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. Runs great now!

  This is the second time Neighborhood Plumbing has done work for me. They installed a pressure tank and switch. Jeff did a great job. He was knowledgeable and everything turned out perfect. Quality work at a reasonable price.

  This was my first experience with Neighborhood. I had a furnace issue that need to be serviced. I was impressed with the process. The professionalism from making the initial service call, to the call back informing me the technician was on his way, to the text message with the technicians name and a brief bio. They’ve set a standard for the industry. Eric arrived and took time to listen to the concerns and went promptly to work diagnosing my furnace. His thoroughness and attention to details was remarkable. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends. While no one wants to call for furnace repair, Eric and Neighborhood will certainly deserve my repeat business.
