The experience I had was second to none. I would highly recommend this place on the kind help they offered alone. Daleth did an amazing job!! He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease knowing he owns and uses their products too. Amazing company.

In seeking a non-,toxic mattress for my children's 3-level trundle bed, I chose Naturepedic for three reasons: (1) Natureoedic produces a full-size mattress for kids that fits a standard full-size trundle: (2) the weight bearing capacity of the Kidd's mattresses (the 2 in 1 and the Verse) is larger than other comparable non-toxic options for kids that I researched: (3) the customer service was OUTSTANDING...from the live chat to a live call to email and text communications. I spoke directly with Daleth, who impressed me with his knowledge, efficiency, and kindness..his level of professionalism, personalization, and caring really stood out in both the chat other forms of communication. Daleth informed me of options that I did not readily come across on the web site which met our family's needs enabling me to feel confident about ultimately choosing Naturepedic.

Our experience with the Naturepedic Organic Mattress Gallery in Los Angeles has been extremely positive in every regard. We are just about 3 weeks into our journey of sleeping on a Naturepedic mattress. The staff, especially Daleth, have been attentive to every question, concern, and detail. They truly are concerned with providing a comfortable sleeping experience, not just racking up another sale. I highly recommend their service.

Tony was super helpful when helping us select a mattress for my husband, son and I. He showed us all the beds and modified the softness for us since we were not happy with a recent mattress we purchased from a different company. We are very happy with our purchase and the delivery was quick.
Update: I now have two more little kids and have ordered two more beds. Dallas helped me look up my previous order and made the process of ordering two more beds seamless. I enjoy chatting with him and learning more about a non-toxic lifestyle. He always has a joyful and happy demeanor ready to assist.report this review -

Fantastic store with incredible customer service. Dal took such good care of us. He was so informative when explaining their various options and how they pertained for our specific needs. We left the store feeling confident about which mattress was best for us along with a shopping experience that was as tailored to us as the product itself. Highly recommend
