The first time I went there I had great results from them.. the both times I've been here I did lip fillers like i said the first time was great with dr.briker she was so patient with me and her students were too even loved the results.. about 7 mos later I went in to do another filler and the experience was horrible it was another doctor and she was rushed I felt like she just wanted to get out of there she even threw away the rest of my syringe down the sink. I devolped many lumps on my upper lip.. my lips are all un even and I have a huge bump on the top left side of my lip that still hurts.. I don't think I will ever go back in again after this experience definitely not worth it to look like this I am just hoping that the bump goes down soon and so do the other lumps that feel abnormal..

Would not recommend to anyone. I was quoted under $200 for a laser treatment and when I got there the price went up to $1500. The lady was more interested in giving me a "Vampire facial", when I came for laser. I drove over 45 minutes just to get the run around. Don't waste your time. Just a bunch of liars at this place.

Staff is rude, if you have a bad experience due to the medical staff, no one cares. And put a deposit down at your own risk.

If you are considering a career in laser I encourage you to do your due diligence and examine and tour every option of training accessible to you. That way when you ultimately decide on National Laser Institute (and you will) you'll know without a doubt you made the best choice. My experience at NLI was beyond measure. Initially I had some reserve regarding the length of the course. How could I receive just over two weeks of training and feel confidant to head out into the world of laser? After day one that worry was eased. The program is intense and fast paced but insanely thorough. There's a reason NLI is recognized as the leader in cosmetic laser training. It's not by accident they standout among all other laser training schools there are. It's by their dedication to excellence which shines through down to every smallest of detail. The facility itself is beautiful and the perfect environment to set the tone of learning. The hands on clinical portion is invaluable. You aren't just receiving information regarding how lasers work, you're seeing and experiencing it first hand! When it comes to real world training you simply can not compare that. Yes, they have incredibly knowledgeable instructors consisting of nurses, physicians, laser technicians, skincare specialists, etc. - with collectively decades upon decades of experience. But beyond that, the instructors are kind, open, warm and so very eager to help and educate. Now that I have completed the course, there are countless things about my time at NLI that I will miss, but none more so than the people. The energy of that place is palpable. I'm forever grateful I made the right choice in attending National Laser Institute. You will undoubtedly feel the same.

I love coming here for both school appointments and private medspa appointments. Everyone is so bright and friendly. The students always rave in the room how much fun they are having during my treatments. Its my favorite place!

Trust the reviews, you will get ripped off. Staff is rude, if you have a bad experience due to the medical staff, no one cares. And if you put a deposit down, you will never get it back, even if you cancel a week in advance. Even the financial dept will say anything just to get you off the phone. 21 days & still no resolution. It's a shame that I need a lawyer to get MY own money . This is fraud.

This place is a total rip off. I was told a cool sculpting procedure would cost $600 for one area. I took time off work, lost money, drove over there (which is far from where I live) only to be told that it is actually $1200 for one area. If they could have just been honest I would have not wasted my time saving money and making an appointment. And the lady that was "helping" me was just looking at me like I was poor since I could obviously not afford it. Left there feeling very deceived and belittled.

i like this place. they will schedule in. the prices are good. the treatments are really in depth. people should think a little more before hoping that the training means job immediately. they have many people completing their courses. you should have it set up in advance with a doctor to be their laser tech and have some other skill to show you will be a good laser tech . this place is no scam at all. it was featured on the local news and lifestyle tv show. i liked talking to the techs and being a participant who got to talk to the students some of them foreign. the techniques such as botox takes some artistic skill. i would pay a little more money to go to someone to do juvederm. i had juvederm in the triangle area and it was definitely a good investment. i have had forehead wrinkles since age 7 and i am glad botox smoothed the furrows out.

I had a horrible experience. I went in for hair removal and came out of there with second degree burns. I had to see my Primary Doctor for further treatment. The tech knew she burned me and didn't even get their doctor to look at my burns before I left. I would not recommend this company for hair removal. The tech that burnt me teaches classes on how to remove hair. I was in pain for three weeks and now have scars.
