Horrible, they’re all nice to you but as soon as you do something they don’t like you get the cold shoulder. They are threatening me with a bill of over 4,000 saying I owe them when I cancelled all of my classes and let them know I did not want to go forward and yet now I am being harassed, also my friend got a two year degree here and cannot get a job in her field because the school is literally that awful. I would highly recommend that if you’re looking for quality education to not attend this school.

I'd give them negative million stars if possible. I graduated in 2011. I took their worthless legal studies program, got a "aas" What a joke. None of my classes but one transferred over after a year of online classes in the same program. Told me they would assist with the job searchnever happened. Told me they would help me find an internship..never happened. I had to do my internship with the director of the program, zach because it was too late at that point. All I did was look stuff up in a room by myself.that was my internship. And they pushed me on through to get rid of me. They need to be sued in court and shut down. Let those bastards pay my student loans, I'm not going to. Trust me, go somewhere else!

If you stick with the programs available and actually graduate, instead of quitting and complaining you might actually get your money's worth. I've had a great experience from start to finish. The staff are helpful, the classes done online are user friendly and somewhat very easy. The teachers will challenge you here and get you prepared for you career. I'm in the surgical tech program, yes it is a little expensive however I don't see myself complaining once I graduate and actually making money in my field.

More of a business rather than an educational institution. Classes that are sold to students are often available at other local institutions for a fraction of the price. Definitely do your research before committing your time and money.

Worst School ever! Financial aid does nothing, but screw you over and give you misleading information, leaving you with a large balance. I took out loans, grants and financial aid and still had a lot of money to pay back. I can't go to any other school till i pay the balance off to get my transcripts. They have ruined my education and screwed me out of owning a lot of unnecessary money for nothing.

Incredibly expensive and counselors can be misleading just to make a "sale", spent 30k on an associates that ended up being a total waste of time with no jobs in the last 5 years. Go to a real university for the same price that doesnt have a cheesy jingle on tv!!

NAU is like a second family. The staff will make sure you have everything you need to succeed. Ms. Stay has a team that will not give up on you!

Too expensive not worth the amount of money they want you to pay for the education they provide which is not much. Save your money and go somewhere else not worth your time or money.

Yes, it is the most expensive in Kansas City area. Plus classes you take can't transfer
