I love Natick mall, all my favorite stores are here and now the have a amazing play area. They really needed a update, now is perfect!!
Kids can finally have plenty of space to run around and lots to do to get tired, so when they take a nap we can go shopping. I do missed having a slide and two bathrooms in that area. But is great having this area for the kids

One of the Fairly high end malls in New England / Massachusetts sidepretty solid shopping optionsbut the parking is kind of crappy if your trying to park in the main lot..it’s definitely worth the drive if you looking for some premium options

Though the place is already very famous with shoppers have all the big brand stores. Can get some awesome deals on branded items. Very centrally Located easy approach from route 9.Getting in and out is easy. Big parking space in front and back of every store. All I can say is it's fabulous place to shop.

Big mall. An abundance of parking, enough to get people lost. There's even valet parking and paid premium parking section if you really want or need it during every holiday season or Summer Saturday night. Lots of shopping options from regular to high end fashion. Needs a better food court and general electronics store options.

I had a great time today at this mall. It is by far the best mall I've ever been to In My Life. I give it a 5-star because not only did it have low prices on a lot of things, but it also had a nice delicious food court that I enjoyed very much. The place was very clean and very well staffed when I needed something they automatically knew what I needed an answer to. I we'll be coming back one day hopefully. I don't live near here so I will probably not come for a while.

This mall is beautiful! The decor is outstanding. There's a lot of cool stores here that you probably wouldn't find in other malls.

Upscale Mall. Has plenty of places that I usually shop from. Great food court but extremely overcrowded to the point where you can't find a seat sometimes. Got some trees and water features there. A lovely play area, but sometimes older kids are jumping off the structures.

I have been going to this mall since I was a kid and I have loved every trip! There is a lot of stores and restaurants which makes a good variety and even with the openings and closings, it doesn't feel like a vacant mall at all times and it caters to anybody who wants to shop in MA. No wonder why people go to the Natick Mall all the way from Downtown Boston. Parking is plentiful but it can get busy at holidays which is common. Overall, wonderful mall and it is an asset in the area.

Excellent service at this store. Both team members helpful and refreshingly cooperative with each other. They were proactive and engaging with other customers. Impressive. Natasha is absolutely amazing. Polite, personable and professional. She went the extra mile to help me fix my tablet, learn more about accessories, prices and insurance, plus she had the experience and knowledge to answer all of my questions. What a kind soul and an efficient representative. You feel like you're to a good friend, sister or neighbor. She jas a bright future in anything she does and she undoubtedly could do a great service to all by training others to be top professional retailers. And they had the TV on the Discovery channel! Good vibes! I wish all the AT&T stores were this cool.

This is a fancy mall. It feels very posh as you walk around. Well, for a mall. I come here because there is a Lego store on the property. I am in a club that meets monthly to discuss Lego and share builds and ideas. And shop. My wife says we are a Lego shopping club. We probably come to Natick about 2-3 times per year.

One stop shop for almost anything. Haven't been since the renovations and it is astounding inside and out. Get everything from clothes to the newest high tech gadgets and even has a Excellent TESLA store if your thinking of going green for your vehicle or your home!

It's a mall. Lots of stores. Clean and bright. Lots of choices in food court. Kids play space is out of the way which is annoying. Lots of parking even at Christmas.

Natick Mall is good for any kind of shopping, from budget to brand. I like to shop for Tiffany's, NorthFace and cookware. I like the location that offers easy access from the I-90 as well as Rt-9. Also garaging is well conceived.

Good sized mall. Every store you need is here. You can tell this mall is specifically for the higher classed though but other than that it's a good place to shop

Came here on a visit to Boston and loved it. The mall is clean and upgraded - not to mention huge! Lots of great stores, and there's some remodeling going on right now, so maybe some new stores are coming soon? Best part No sales tax on clothes! Overall, would go again and again next time I'm in Boston.

I grew up going to the Natick Mall and since it's expansion, there is just so much more to look at and buy! The Natick Mall has always been very clean and has always been very accessible. There have been a few times when I had to use a wheelchair and they are just so accommodatingyou call, let them know you'll be there in 5-10 minutes, tell them where you'll be parking and they'll leave the wheelchair in that area for you when you arrive. All you have to do is call them once you are about to leave in order for them to get it back. I do wish they had more elevators that weren't in the corners of each wing but otherwise, I have no complaints!
