Wonderful service from the front desk ladies. They were really nice. They really helped me when I needed my clothes the same day. I brought in a white dress and it had a stain on it and they removed it and it looked brand new. Definitely recommend!

Used this place one time for dry cleaning and my clothes had a bad scent when I picked them up and all of my clothes had shrunk a little from the dry cleaning which shouldn't happen.

They ruined my husbands suit from our wedding. An investment suit he only got to wear once. Worst part? They blamed it on me and took zero responsibility, saying “it had to be something other than wine.” … Excuse me? They would have let me walk away with it in this condition too has I not checked to make sure all was well. Unbelievable. Awful management customer service. Take your business elsewhere, Nashville.

I love this dry cleaning, because they let me bring my own garment bags to avoid using plastic, and they take back hangers that they reuse. They also have garment bags for sale to save on plastic use.

They are very nice and did a good job but I think it’s over priced. It was $52 for a formal dress to be dry cleaned and for the padding to be sewn back in. This part was very simple stitching, see photo.
They wrote that there was a hole damage but I don’t think there was and if that was where the padding was previously sewn in it didn’t need to be redone.
Again- it was fine, just overpriced in my opinionresponse / report this review
