    During Hurricane Irma recovery, I was admitted to the North Naples Hospital for treatment of a lung infection. Dr. Matthew DeNunzio and his staff were most professional and caring throughout my stay. Most remarkable, the staff had to act as care givers, while tending with their families difficulties at home, without power and water. The ordeal was truly stressful, but they managed to accomplish both with professionalism. Thank you North Naples Community Hospital. Ron Clegg

    Should have a revolving door on patient's rooms. Will literally set you out on the curb if no insurance. Unless you're rich, stay away. No regard for the average person.

    Been vomiting blood in the waiting room for 2 hours , they put an iv attachment in my arm when i got here but have not hooked me too one, keep saying their too busy

    Worst hospital experience ever....The doctors were literally half out the door while trying to explain what was going on. Because my husband had previous heart issues, that is all they checked despite him telling them he felt like he could not breathe....he was discharged and had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital less than 24 hours later for the exact same thing....he was then admitted for observation....when he met with the cardiologist he immediately said to my husband, Their is nothing wrong with your heart...I think you have a blood clot...after hours and hours and hours of more test...he did indeed have a blood clot...so many wasted hours on doctors who don't listen or don't have the "time" to listen to patients...not to mention the amount of money we now owe to the hospital for the first ER visit...even though they did nothing....We are not Doctors and do not pretend to be...that is the job of the Doctor to find out what is going on...I filed a grievance and even worse what they said they were doing for us has not happened yet and it has been months that we have been dealing with them....Now, no one will even call me back or show me the courtesy of returning my emails...I feel the whole hospital is incompetent and needs an overhaul on staff and some training in bed side manor...we have been dealing with hospitals for a while, and we have never felt so unimportant...worst hospital experience ever...if I could give them 0 stars I would.
