Horrible service. Went in today around 3just wanted toes polished, was told that they have an appointment coming and refused service. First and last time there. I guess my money aint green enough. If youre on the island, pls dont go there. Take the drive to James Island or West Ashley for better and professional service!!!! Well worth it!!! (K and T Nails))

I went there when there was only two people in the salon. They were not busy. I asked for a fill in and pedicure, I was told right away they don’t do acrylic. I told the lady I had gel nails. Shen then made another excuse and said they didn’t have the equipment to take off gel polish. She was very rushed to get me out of there. I see the same comments from people of color. As soon as I walked out the door, it hit me. She doesn’t cater to black people. And the crazy part is, her shop is in the center of the blackest part of John’s Island. She need to go!!!

First off I have been going here for years. Yes they are very busy, the reason is they are very good. Pedicure massage is awesome and that is for a regular pedi no extra charge. As for the walk in sign well you may get lucky but probably not, because as I said they are very good at all they do. Even same day appointments are tough and yes I am spontaneous and go other places due to that, but it is worth it if you know you need a service to make an appointment ahead of time. To give such an excellent Nail salon a bad review just because they are busy and do not slam bang customers in between their appointments is just not fair to these great people. If there were only two people there, believe me they had more appointments or were closing for the day. Great service, great people.

I love Tina and her mom. Tina does all of my waxing and their prices are very reasonable.
