Anxious kitty or anxious kitty parent? This the place for you. They truly love kitties. My baby is not an easy not an easy kitty to work with. But they were gentle and patient. I would definitely refer my friends and family. You won't regret it.

Nova Cat Clinic is the best. We've taken our cats there for 16 years and have never been disappointed. It's not cheap, to be sure, but the people and care there are outstanding. One of our cats had to be put to sleep a couple of months ago, and they were so kind, gentle, and thoughtful with her and with us. Later, they sent us a sympathy card with hand-written notes from the vets and staff. We also received a card saying Nova had contributed to a feline charity in memory of our cat. We were so grateful and touched.

I love NOVA Cat Clinic. The vets all are friendly and willing to spend the time you need to understand your cat's medical needs. I am so happy to be able to take my cat to a feline-only clinic. Also, I think it is great that they have clinic cats and rescue kittens, plus they are active and committed to the community too. I would highly recommend NOVA Cat Clinic to anyone looking for regular care for their cats.

This is where you and your fur baby will receive great care, and the bark-free environment that reduces the stress (for everyone) when seeking medical care for a cat. Thank you all for making a huge difference for me & Doodle!
She is healthy, happy and well-groomed because of your outstanding care!

This was my first time visiting this clinic and I must say I was really pleased with the care we received. I have a large, stubborn cat, and the vet and her assistants were so delicate with him and never tried to force him (which some vets have in the past) to do anything he didn't want to. It was such a less stressful visit for both myself and my fur-baby because of their delicate care, so hopefully he won't be as scared during any future visits! They also didn't try to "oversell" any services or care as some vets have in the past. NOVA cat clinic will now be my go to for all of my cats needs!

Please think twice about going to this vet. I really do not understand the high ratings. If you look behind closed doors where your cat is treated it looks very unprofessional and cluttered. I have brought my cat here for diabetes treatment for the past 4 months and have rarely been able to talk to the vet. Despite all the money I have spent my cat has not gotten better. Overpriced and while people may be friendly, they are disorganized and I wonder what goes on behnd the scenes. My cat cannot wait to leave when visting. When I boarded him here he lost weight and was in worse shape and completely traumatized. And they really don't know what they are doing when treating a cat for diabetes. If this is the best cat vet in the area I think I will fly my cat back west to see our former vet that actually spoke with us for each visit versus sending us a canned email message. Please don't take your cat here. Please do research and read online and you will realize the vets here are addicted to charging for tests and looking at numbers and not treating the whole cat or talking to you to understand your cat.

Best cat specialists around. I used to take my cats to Banfield but the environment was not made to be comforting, and they would freak out so much that they had to be sedated. When I would get them back from a simple check-up, they would come back to the house frightened and aggressive toward one another and it took them several days to readjust. I decided that it wasn't worth putting my cats through the trauma so I decided to go to NOVA Cat Clinic and am amazed by the expertise and care everyone has for cats. You come in to a cool, calm environment and meet with techs that know exactly how to work with cats. If you're looking for high quality care for your feline, go to NOVA Cat Clinic.

Way overpriced. We had to put down our cat today. They asked for $329.35 for the service and $465.35 with private cremation. We found a local vet that does the exact same service (we compared specifics) for $90. We've been very happy with their services for many years, though they are generally the most expensive vet in the area. But Nova had no explanation for this 350% discrepancy. I'm hurt that they try to gouge us when we are at our most vulnerable.

I have been taking my cats to NOVA Cat Clinic for more than five years now. The staff is outstanding, from the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets. They are very knowledgeable and caring, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality veterinary care for their cats.

Excellent cat-only vet. I've had only great service from both Dr. Erica Barron and Dr. Jessica Wootton, as well as the front desk staff. My cats definitely prefer being with a cat only vet, and these guys definitely understand cat issues, cat behavior, and how to handle cats who are scared and confused.

I’m extremely pleased with the service NOVA Cat Clinic provided to our kitty. Their team immediately diagnosed and treated her as soon as they identified that she came in with a severe infection. Without their help, we likely would not have our cat with us today. All of the team members we interacted with were professional and conscientious of both feline and human concerns. In the days following our cat’s medical procedure, their team was attentive and extremely responsive to our questions. Before taking your feline fur baby to any vet, you should check out the warm and welcoming NOVA Cat Clinic. They specialize 100% in cats!

If you want to experience a family type of environment for you and your cat NOVA Cat Clinic is the place to be! Each and every staff member is always very friendly and treats our little furry ones as family members and not just our pets. The services I have received from this wonderful company over the last 12 years have been outstanding from their customer service to their technology and procedures. The doctors and staff really care about the well being of our pets and even call on weekends and week nights to "check in" to see how they are doing if your cat is under medical care. I would hightly recommend NOVA Cat to anyone who is looking for a great place to care for their cat.

the staff here seem to genuinely like one's cat and want to do the best by it. front desk greets you by (the pet's) name, appointments are generally on time, vet tech people are friendly and attentive and the doctors listen to one's concerns. can't ask for much more. it seems expensive but is probably in line with any other surgery in my immediate area, and since proximity is a driving factor for me i can't complain too much. i especially like they fact i get a follow up email after each visit. oh, and who can resist the kittens they often have tumbling around the reception area?

These guys were awesome to work with! Great communication before hand and email follow up with more information and links about some of the topics we discussed.

The appointment itself was also excellent. The support staff were friendly and helpful, the vet techs were great, and the vet was funny and laid back. Everyone was very candid and open with their recommendations and feedback, mot just pushing us into unnecessary treatments or products. They also seemed genuinely smitten with our new kitten.

I feel very confident and comfortable that my cats long term care is in good hands. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with a cat.
