  14420 S Tamiami is the repair shop. 19420 S Tamiami is the parts dept. This problem is with the repair shop. We had used them a few times. No problems but the manager has a bit of an attitude. We were getting an oil change and also had a broken antenna, which we were not fixing there. The manger said, "We'll fix it for you". We had the new antenna. Left the car at night. In the morning the manager called and said they couldn't fix it but had to charge us for taking it apart and doing nothing. Not happy, we went to pick up the car only to get in a debate and be verbally abused by this young man. We are seniors and I taped the whole incident because I was scared they were getting violent and abusive. We just wanted to get out of there. This man should be fired and the last thing I said to him was, "Someone should treat your mother and father like that!" Lesson learned!

  Called to ask if that location did car diagnostics (check engine light). Guy on the phone didn't speak English. Only word i could understand in the 3 or 4 sentences he rambled off was no. Is this still America?
