This is email I just sent to Myers Carpet.

Dear Madam/Sir:

My wife and I just visited your store looking for carpet for our home, and had a terrible experience. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, we spent a total of 20 - 30 minutes looking at various products. During this time, not a single staff member on the floor stopped by to assist us or acknolwedged our presence. Four staff standing and sitting around front desks acted as if they did not see us, and there were no other customers around. They obviously do not want our business, and that is alright.

I ask that your staff treat everyone walking through your door with same respect and dignity the same way you expect others to treat you and your family. We made an effort to visit your store after a long drive, and in return would appreciate at least a greeting.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CARPET FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I PURCHASED TWO SEAGRASS RUGS AND ONE OF THEM HAD SEVERAL LARGE TEARS THAT WE DISCOVERED WHEN WE UNROLLED IT. I CALLED CUSTOMER NOSERVICE AT LEAST FIVE TIMES AND EACH TIME CUSTOMER NOSERVICE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID. THEY PROVIDED ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF WORKING WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO REVERSE CHARGES. THE ABSOLUTE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE.

Amazing!!! While shopping in every flooring store in Dalton,GA, looking for an area rug we happen to stop at Myers Carpet and came to find out that we could get a customized area rug to fit our fireplace. Thank you Myers Carpet it looks great!
