Claudia definitely is the best . She is very patient and educate the patient. Definitely recommended for those people that are getting glasses for first time .

Couple of day ago I broke my glasses 👓, today I passed by and was greeted and helped by Andrea at the front desk I told her what happened with my glasses and without even asking for prove I was a customer she fix them, I like this eyelab and will continue to do business here for a long time. After 15 years of neglecting my eye vision, I went to Eye Lab and met Claudia. She took the time to educate me about wearing the right glasses and getting used to progressives. She is a great teacher and took the take time to listen to me. She is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable!!

Great lab service. Excellent staff: attentive, helpful and caring. State of the art system and teladoc service. My issue is with the eyewear. No competive pricing. What I paid for frames, lenses, blue light filtering, and transition was the same for those bought at Sam's Club Optical Department. As for the frames, they are not good quality, and expensive. I've had to go multiple times to get the frames fixed due to slippage and it can't be fixed anymore since I was told they would break. Never had this issue before. It was worth the try. Parking at this place is extremely hard to get since they share a small lot with a popular business.
