  The best rug specialist in town. Hands down. We toured the entire facility ranging from where they clean the rugs to the actual rug studio. Very clean and professional. I trust that I’m buying the very best rugs when I go with Mussallem.

  I wrote a review when I first dropped off the rug to be cleaned and now here is the "after" the rug had been cleaned. It was very stained from our little dog and smelled up the house pretty good. Michael said he through it through the was three times and it really came out nice. Now mind you this was a pretty good rug excellent quality, but if you run it through 3 times do not expect it to be in the same "hard" condition. It was softer and a bit flimsy, but I love this rug and for what I use it for it was worth the time and money. Thank you Michael

  Michael is Amazing to work with. I had a rug that was definitely a challenging project 9 x 12 very light colored wool area rug and I have a 7yr old and a Dog so you can imagineAnyhow he personally picked it up from my house and when it came back it was spotless and looked brand new. I will not go anywhere else for my rug cleaning ever again! He's the best. In fact I have him cleaning and stretching a vintage runner for me this week!

  I first stopped by to visit Michael's Rug Studio (around the corner) to look for an area rug and to also inquire about rug cleaning. I was so impressed how Michael explained his rug cleaning process with all the state of the art machines. I went back a few days later and dropped off my 14 x 3 runner. I did watch the videos online on how they clean the rugs and it’s like no other place around Jackson. Most of the other rug cleaning places wash your rugs outside on the dock on the ground with a pressure washer. I know this because I asked to see where they cleaned the rugs. I will be posting my after pictures when I pick up my rug in a couple of weeks. Stay well and safe. Blessings
