  I went into the store no one greeted me. I had a 2 year old and a baby carrier and was purchasing feed for my chickens. No one helped me bring my items to the register. When I did get to the counter the lady just kept typing away on her keyboard completely ignoring me. I had to ask her if she was open to which I received no response. Finally she helped me and I had to push my cart with a 20 pound bag of feed, carry my carseat and corral my 2 year old out to the parking lot where we walked past an employee who never offered to help. This is why I make trip to Golden to go to the Golden Mill....customer service.

  I go to Murdoch's monthly to buy chicken feed bedding & Straw for my hens they're always friendly fast and courteous and they have the best prices for feed in town for small batch feed

  Love this feed store. It has everything from work boots, pet supplies, shotgun shells to reasonably priced work clothes. I love Carhart. I noticed today they have not only Traeger, but other meat smokers.

  This store is so great. Has everything. From tools to a big clothes section. From a hunting section to farm goods. Even has a great toy section for kids too. It's like a one stop shop!

  I love this place. There are so many incredible products. The store is really well organized and always tidy. I inevitably spend more more here than I want to and am never disappointed in the product quality. I highly recommend this store for those with pets, livestock, in need of clothing, tools, etc.

  Went to Murdoch's not knowing a lot about chainsaws. The employees were extremely helpful and took the time not only to pick the right chainsaw, but how to use, start, tighten chain, and did not make me feel like an idiot and took the time to help. Ivan was the final salesperson who showed me everything. Highly recommend if you are just shopping for something simple, or something that cost a lot more. This is the place to go. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

  The employee Austin who helped me was super cute and caring. (His hair and muscles were so amazing). Helped me to my car with the supplies my barn house needed y'all. I will definitely be coming back to see this cutie pie!!He needs to be happy for what his tall self does for people! He needs to be worshipped y'all.

  We bought our chickens from here and we are first timers. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly and we left confident that we had all the supplies and knowledge we needed to get started. We pick up all of our flock supplies at this store, and the staff has been helpful and friendly every visit.

  They didn't have the dog vest that I was looking for. Actually they only had about 2 or 3 dog vests to choose from. But I love this place and don't mind checking there first for something that I am looking for. They have a little of everything. Just wish it was closer to me.

  Nice place, lots of selections, friendly people. Though there parking stinks, was there on a Saturday and couldn't find a parking place. Was in there to buy a pair of boots, great selection, but at the 2 dozen shoes I looked at a only found 2 pair in my size...9-1/2...most common size. My suggestion would be to cut down on the shoe selection and carry more of the more popular sizes.. Pricing was about 10 t0 20% high. Ask them to Match a Amazon price, a $70.00 item and Amazon was $50.00. They don't do price match. Least they could do was come down a few bucks. Probably would of bought it, Evan though they were higher.

  Just wanted to say I am a regular customer at your location on south Santa Fe and Highlands Ranch and every time I go there your cashiers are polite and friendly and all the support people on the floor are the same, I love stopping there instead of the big orange box. keep up the great work!

  My one experience was dismal. A manager whom I understood to be the store manager sold me a Honda HS1332TA snowblower over the phone, held over from last season but new nonetheless. When I arrived to pick it up, I was loaded with a clearly used unit. The auger tines had substantial wear, one shear pin was missing, debris was deposited around the oil fill, and wear was evident in general. I of course demanded a refund. The manager who was on hand at the time apologized profusely. The manager who had sold me a supposedly new unit was not present, and never called to apologize or explain. When I finally do purchase a new snowblower, I will gladly pay more elsewhere if necessary.
