The Public Housing Program has 100 Units which consist of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. There are fifty 1 bedroom units located in the Oaklawn high-rise building. The 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units are scattered throughout the City of Centerville.

The Section 8 Program consists of 98 vouchers. These vouchers help assist tenants with rent through private landlords with in Centerville city limits.
