    Closest thing to a real European butcher you'll ever get. They have THE BEST hot dogs, liverwurst and blood sausage on the planet. More varieties of bacon than the fingers on your hand.

    Long line. Spicy salami was great .. double smoked bacon was good, ask for it to be sliced thickly.

    smoked meat paradise. the cevapi and burek are outstanding, so are the hundreds of types of cured and smoked meats. they also have a few types of chicharrones.

    Everything is incredible but you do not want to miss their version of chicharrĂ³n. It turns into a crispy, meaty, oozy, crumbly, shredded bite that is explosively porky.

    It is intimidating at first but they are very used to foodies and will happily educate and sample. Don't be afraid to venture in....it's a delicious local gem.

    Edible Queens: The irresistible garlic bacon starts as pork belly and is cured for a week ... hickory smoked ... dusted with spices, rolled in garlic ... finished in the smokehouse.
