Please take your dog anywhere else. I boarded my dog this past weekend (choosing to ignore the horrible smell of the front office) and when I picked her up, they gave me back 2 out of the 3 bags of food I'd provided. So they only fed my dog once the entire weekend. When I asked the 3 people at the front desk what happened, none of them were able to tell me, one girl couldn't even confirm they had fed my dog this morning. The only answer I was able to get is "she didn't have an interest in the food," which was quickly disproven when I brought her home and she ate 2 days worth of food and drank a ton of water in an hour's time. Also, they charged me for "Bath, Ears, Teeth, Nails Service" and her nails are untouched. I am honestly shocked this place has such good reviews, we certainly will not be returning.

We have boarded our two boxers in many places in many states. Mugu's is by far one of the best. Tremendous staff that is very timely and responsive to your needs. The online reservation system streamlines the reservation. Highly recommend!

I boarded my two dogs here for four days and was pleased with the experience. They came back happy and not distressed. Also, Mugus did ask for updated shot records which is important to me since some places in town don't follow up with this.

My dog has separation anxiety, so we chose Mugus for boarding because the dogs are free to roam during the day and get to interact with other dogs. I was nervous to leave him because he spent 7 months of the first year if his life, in a shelter, and I was concerned he would think we were abandoning him. He had obviously had a lot of fun though! And because he was so stress free while he was there, he started responding positively to his crate again, and we can now reintroduce the crate for when we have to leave him alone for a few hours. This is a big deal for us, because he stress chews when he is alone, and if we can successfully crate him again, our stress level will be significantly lower when we have to leave him alone! Who knew $25 a day could save our sanity for months to come! 100% worth every penny we spent!
