  I had a wonderful experience with all of the staff I came in contact with. I felt supported and not pressured every step of the way.
  I have attended other services here in the past and thought things went smoothly.
  I had a large service for my husband. They were able to accommodate my special requests and were very easy to work with.
  I would highly recommend Mueller Funeral Home.

  My family had the absolute worst experience with this funeral home on two separate occasions. They first failed us terribly with how they handed our deceased Mother and 3 months later they once again added even greater insult to injury with how they handled our deceased brother. The two men who were sent to retrieve our brothers deceased body, dropped the stretcher while trying to load him into the SUV, one man fell slightly on top of his body, which resulted in the employee breaking his finger. The man apologized Profusely. When we reported this incident in great detail to Mueller funeral home, Lori 1st tried to excuse this incident by stating that the men sent to pickup my deceased brother were contracted employees but she’d look into it. Lori called me back and said that I was lying and there was no incident report filed. She never offered an apology. Lori was very condescending, unprofessional, insulting and extremely disrespectful in how she communicated with me and my grieving family. We will never use this funeral home again. If you’re considering using this funeral home, please save your family the humiliation and heartache. Your beloved deceased deserves much better. We have video proof as this entire incident was caught on the ring doorbell.

  We had an excellent experience with Mueller Funeral Homes when my dad passed. Ashley took care of our arrangements. Not only was she helpful and professional, but she was compassionate and took the extra time to help me with so many of the details. The funeral home provided us with a to do list to follow when a loved one passes. This helped me think of things I would never have thought of. Ashley gave me suggestions for the service. There were no high pressure sales. I felt like they were taking care of Dad in the most respectable way all the way up till we left the cemetary. Thank you Mueller Funeral Homes. I highly recommend!

  We had a sudden death in the family and it was on a holiday. Lorry was my first point of contact, and from then onwards, they took care of everything we asked for. Besides Lorry there were other people who were there, Steph, Steve and a few others. Every time I called Lorry, she answered my calls and if she couldn’t take the call, she would call right back, she answered all the questions I had, she handled everything with professionalism and compassion. We had some very specific religious requirements which required coordination with our place of worship, and there were religious rituals which had time constraints, they were able to get everything situated. I am very grateful for their help, I don’t know what I would’ve done, without them. I trust them, and god forbid when you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of making final arrangements for a loved one, you will have Mueller Funeral Home right there to take care of everything.

  Mueller handled the funeral of our son. Lori handled the entire funeral and she did an outstanding job. The cost was discussed up front with zero pressure. Our son's funeral was handled with care and utmost professionalism. A family acquaintance recently was handled by Mueller and, once again, the process was handled professionally with the utmost dignity. All we can do is say thank you for the wonderful service you provide.
