Made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter change. Service only changed the oil and did tire rotation and said everything else looked good. They paid no attention to the fact that there were messages on the dash for low coolant level or fuel filter life being low. They also ignored my initial request to change the oil filter. I called the dealership to ask why my fuel filter was not changed and the service manager tried to tell me that message was for the Diesel Exhaust Fluid. I tried to correct him and he acted clueless like he had no idea what a fuel filter was. Upon arrival back at the dealership, I showed him the dash display and he was still clueless saying it was the DEF level. Finally a service tech came out and explained to him that the fuel filter had to be replaced. The dealership had no fuel filters in stock so I had to sit and wait while they got one in. Then they said I was ready to go and still paid no attention to the low coolant level. Pretty bad when the service/parts manager knows absolutely nothing about a maintenance part on a chevrolet vehicle.

I worked with Jeff Honeycutt who was super helpful and had terrific communication with me on replacing my CD radio. I took in my car on one day and only had to wait 45 minutes or less. They took care of a recall and ordered the replacement CD player Radio which arrived the next day. I took it in today and was there for maybe an hour max. I did not have an appointment when I took it in today so I was amazed I did not have to wait longer. 3 days and the problem has been solved I'm very happy with the service.
Service Dept was great. From phone call to drop off to pick up. The Service Reps are great at there jobs and really friendly. Ask for Jamie Harris or Jeff Haney next time you need service.

Came to the lot with a huge employee discount left off the lot with a car that I didn’t want and a few broken promises! Reread the paperwork when I got home just to find out salesmen never applied my discount to the price of the car. Returned the next day to the lot and his manager asked me “why would I trust the salesmen anyway?”
After speaking with his manager and allowing him to make matters WORST and providing NO RESOLUTION! I received a voicemail and text message the next day being confronted by the salesmen For going over his head. (Very unprofessional)
2 years later I am still in the same car that the salesman promised me I would be out of after a year tops ! Not To mention had my employee discount would have been applied during the purchase the car would be close to paid off By now! I do not recommend their services to my family, friends, or to anyone who likes to make good investments ! I would never do business there again
This has to be the nicest, easiest place to buy a car in the southeast. Lou Estevez was so helpful, informative, and just fun to work with- he explained everything clearly and was quick to work through the paperwork for me. Car buying can sometimes be a slow or daunting process, but Lou and the whole Mountain View family has completely changed the way I think about the experience. I could not be more thankful!
I recently got my first car here with the help of Tim. The place us amazing and he showed me the car that instantly wanted! All the staff members were helpful and inviting. I would defiantly recommend this place to buy a car.
We went for service on our Equinox 2014 Saturday and were approached by a very nice fellow named Luis Estevez re trading for an Equinox 2018. Though this wasn't what our intent was, we listened to this nice fellow and did decide to trade. There were no high pressure sales, no turn off salesman attitudes, just fact re the upgrades to the newer vehicle that were promising especially the warranties and the package offered. Luis was a total professional and we are happy customers. He alone deserves a 5plus.

By far the BEST dealership anywhere around Chattanooga. Inventory is A+. If they don't have it I promise you they won't stop until they find it for you and at the best rate. Customer service has always been impeccable. Staff is genuine and treats you like you are family instead of just another sale. That means a lot to me especially when making such a large investment. Everyone has an off day and you can't always please everyone but trust me when I say this is the place to go. Anyone can sell you a car but not everyone can make you feel like family and give you the absolute gravy of a deal while doing it. Can't wait to come back when it's time for a new ride and see Taylor. He impressed me the most of course with a staff that good it makes it hard to choose just one lol. Make sure to get some good food to go along with that new ride too. Chattanooga where it's at!
Service is good when you go to the store. But I've called 50 times today and no one wants to answer the phone. I'll take my biss else where.

We have used this dealership with 2 past vehicles and not had these issues and so we returned and even asked for our salesman John Spencer who had helped us in the past. We bought a Chevrolet Colorado on Friday 12/16 sight unseen and was told it would be delivered either Saturday 12/17 or Monday 12/19 at the latest. Big mistake buying a vehicle that isn't in stock! We did not get any calls on Monday 12/19 telling us the status and we had to call to see when the truck would be ready. We were told to expect it at any time. Monday evening 12/19 we still hadn't heard anything and we call again and everyone is gone. We finally got a call on Tuesday 12/20 from our salesman John Spencer that it wasn't there yet but no other info. We call again and got directed to talk to the head of sales Russ. Russ went and looked up where our truck is and found out it has just now been delivered to the CSX rail yard in Nashville on Tuesday 12/20 and that he marked it hot to where it will come over quickly & get to us. Russ proceeded to say that we most likely won't get until Thursday 12/22 or Friday 12/23. This is unacceptable!! Why promise someone a truck to be delivered no later than Monday 12/29 and then be told it will be later this week once the true general sales manager gets involved. The salesman John Spencer and all of the people involved on Friday 12/16 when we purchased it where just worried about a sale and that it is. I am NOT PLEASED and would cancel this truck order if I could and give my business to another dealership & another salesman. I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I could give it 0 stars.
Shaun is hands down the best sales rep here. This makes the 3rd vehicle I have got from Mtn View and this was by far the greatest experience yet. I will definitely be back and refer people. . .
This dealership was top notch! They went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process!
