This was a great store! The staff were quite helpful and courteous and friendly. They had an interior designer on staff who could help us pick out the colors and put the tiles together. Clean, good selection, knowledgeable.

The showroom had a great selection to view and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were generous with their samples and I was impressed with the level of service provided. I have to specifically shout out Yash and David for going above and beyond in helping me view a slab. Wonderful service!

If you want to see slabs and find a unique and beautiful piece, then this is the place!

9-15-21 Update! We had to go pick another slab as as usual, they had wonderfil stones! We love this place. I will add pics as soon as my kitchen is complete!

Beautiful showroom! Fantastic people who understand how make you feel welcome and valued.

I've heard good things from a friend of mine who reps for a fabricator in the Seattle market. Based on his comments, and what I experienced yesterday they are on my list of companies to refer my clients to when they are looking for quality material for their countertop, walls, and exterior surfaces.

I also enjoyed the fantastic presentation done in the IDS meeting learning about Ergonomics and the importance of taking care of oneself as a cabinetry design & sales professional.

Thanks, MSI, for a great introduction to yourselves and the IDS organization. Full of professionals looking to truly serve the communities around them.

When we arrived at MSI, we were first impressed with the quality of the showroom and then the variety of slabs in the warehouse. That being said, the best part of our many return visits was working with Yash, Ana, and Ally!! Talk about customer service, they understand it! Looking forward to finishing our project and seeing the results of all their information and advice.
