We went to both locations in the same day and both were wonderful. Great customer service which, these days, we don’t see everyday. David (Chicago) and Nicole (Pewaukee) were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

This whole experience was everything we weren't expecting - it was Awesome! We went on a Saturday - they were packed!!! We thought - "oh no - here we go - this is going to take forever" No such thing. We checked in - it is a short process and then we were shown to the back room. We knew the material we wanted so it was just a matter of a selection. We found something quickly and went into the Customer Service office. A gentleman helped us and even took us out to see a slab of what we chose! We were done with that entire process in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend this place. Not only do they have the entire process completely synchronized, their selection is huge! We spent another 20 minutes looking at backsplash and actually think we found that there as well! Well worth the time to check this place out.

Great service. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Variety of marble, granite and quartz is amazing. They have stones from all over the world. Definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to upgrade their home.

We visited MSI on a cold, wintry weekday. They have taken great precautions to make visitors feel safe. Friendly and professional service. We were shopping for granite slabs and got excellent service. Our representative went to great lengths to help us. Very happy with our visit. Thanks.
