  If I could give no stars, I would. Came out to fix a leaking pipe, fixed it, only to have it bust and flood the next day. We called back and asked them to come out, and they refused, stating they "didn't have the parts" when nobody had come out to see how minor or major the problem is.

  Technician came or and solved a plumbing issue at my rental house. He was polite and professional. I will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

  We recently had some plumbing issues. The Mr. Rooter guy was able to come the same day, arrived right on time, quickly identified the problem, then did the repairs well and in short order (and without making a big mess). He was also very personable and did a wonderful job of explaining what had gone wrong and how to fix it. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again!

  THANK YOU so much for helping us out with my mom's plumbing emergency last week. As I told you, she called my husband in a bit of a panic and that made me very anxious. I appreciate you all getting to her repair the same day more than you know!! I'll know who to call If we ever need help....

  Mr. Rooter is professional, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. When you come home and see sewage in your yard, it's not a good day. From the phone call to the diagnosis to the resolution of the problem, they were super professional, fair, and kind. Even though it was 6:00, Jay came out and inspected the issue and had it figured out within minutes and completely resolved by the next morning. They truly turned a stinky situation into a pleasant one!

  Very professional prompt service. The office calls you and keeps you updated of when they will arrive at your house or if there are any delays. The plumber who came to my house was honest and very easy to work with and got the job done quickly. (Replaced water heater) He cleaned up afterwards and left the area just as nothing had happened. I will use this company in the future and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. Job well done Rob Deerman.

  Mr. Jay Hancock of Birmingham Mr. Rooter responded very quickly to my emergency needs when my entire house was backing up into all of my bathrooms and kitchen area. He came out promptly and was able to assess and quickly fix an issue where the main line was clogged at the end of the service at the back of the house. Thankfully, he was able to clean the line out with a specialized water cleaning system without having to do any other major repair work on the piping. Jay was very courteous, very detailed explaining everything that was needing to be done, and upfront on the cost estimate to do the work. After he cleaned out the system he was thorough in checking with a camera to make sure everything was indeed clear and ready for use again. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for any major line issues with their plumbing as he made the unfortunate experience much easier to deal with.
