  6-25-21….Julio just left, after finishing my repairs, and I’m just as impressed now as I was a week ago, after leaving my first feedback. He is thorough, tireless, upbeat and friendly. If you’re looking for a no-nonsense, dedicated craftsman, you won’t be disappointed. I’d happily call on him again.
  
  Previous feedback:
  Julio came out to detect a leak originating from work previously done by a different plumber. He has generalized the source of the leak, and would have willingly performed the repairs, but has suggested that I contact the original plumber to come back to rectify the issue.
  I am so impressed by Julio’s limitless patience and “bulldog tenacity” in finding this leak for me. He has assured me that if the original plumber does not want to stand behind his work and make things right, that he will gladly come back to fix it. In the mean time, we just can’t use that particular bathroom fixture.
  His professionalism, his friendliness, and his thoroughness have left me very impressed. He’s a keeper!

  Danny, the plumber, was really nice and very professional. Showed up on time and did everything I could have hoped for to get things right for me. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks Mr. Rooter and thanks Danny

  Jeremy Ross with Mr. Rooter will be my one and only plumber. His honesty and professionalism was 10 star. 🌟⭐️💫🌟🌟
  Being a new home owner of a 50 year old house and having an obvious flooding problem from my washer in my garage for sometime, he went straight to the problem!
  I have cast iron pipes..... Jeremy sent his camera down my pipes and jetted the lines to remove scale and clog. He then reported that my cast iron was still in good shape. He went far and beyond to make sure of my satisfaction.
  Thank you Jeremy for your genuine support and help! It’s refreshing to experience such quality customer service. Also thank you for your service as a Marine veteran 🇺🇸

  Our water heater was leaking and I called them late on Saturday. It wasn't an emergency but I wanted to be sure they came out on Monday. They called me back on Sunday, set the appointment for Monday. Their serviceman came promptly at the app time. He was friendly and helpful, gave us a reasonable quote to replace the water heater and said they'd be back the next day. Again, they were back at the appointed time, did a clean, neat, quick job, and took away the old water heater. We will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

  We highly recommend Mr. Rooter!! We've been having issues with our septic clogging, after we called they had someone out quick and on time. Jeremy Ross was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and offered advice on what to do to prevent this issue. Its great to know that when we have issues we have a reliable company to call! Thanks Jeremy!
