  We called and spoke with Erin on the phone, she was super friendly and helpful. They were able to dispatch a technician nearly immediately to fix an issue which caused me to have no water. Jonathon was the technician that did the work for me. He was very efficient and caught another issue that I hadn't noticed. He was happy to answer all of my questions, and they worked efficiently. He performed quality work. I was very impressed with the company.

  My thanks to Mr Drippy for the exceptional plumbing work Tim did replacing my old water heater. All work was completed on the day/time scheduled. Even the clean up was above normal for this type of work. Reputable people do make a difference. Erin did a great job booking the appointment ASAP. There's no better reference than a satisfied customer.

  My husband needed a handicap toilet instead of a regular toilet and the fellow at Home Depot said it would be a snap for-me to replace. Once I got the boxed toilet home I realized that this 135 lb woman cannot do the job for her husband by herself.
  I remembered Mr Drippy. When I called I spoke with Erin. And explained that my husband broke the fiberglass screws that hold the toilet. His rocking to get up severed the screws. Erin kindly made the appointment for a technician to come and install the new toilet. I could not have expected such wonderful service.
  Your service guy (rats, his name slipped my mind), was outstanding. He was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful in explaining things to me, and did a fantastic job installing our new handicapped toilet.
  He was also very pleasant and friendly, a super great representative of your company. He was the best.
  I believe that anchoring the new toilet to the floor is a brilliant solution for our situation. Bravo Mr Drippy’s team, you are great🙌

  Josh the Tech was great and thorough.
  He showed me the issues as well as explained things that needed to be done.
  I highly recommend them as they came right away to assist me in resolving the issues I had.
  He even let me go through and inspect everything after he completed the job.
  I highly recommended this company for Plumbing needs.

  Josh was a pleasure to work with. He was timely, friendly and professional and made sure I understood the situation and the solution he took to fix our issue. If we have any plumbing issues we will continue to use our friends at Mr. Drippy! Thanks Josh! I appreciate the friendly service!
