  A minus 10
  Check them out before you use ! Dishonest and not who they say they are.
  Several items destroyed ! Packing was the worse, lack of organized skills .
  Left items in old home that I had to pack up. Garage and outdoor items moved by us and additional hired help as they didn’t have room in there trucks. Which was to be covered in cost and not refunded !!!
  I supplied additional paper & box’s as they ran out at my cost not there’s and not refunded .
  To date I’ve not had my items replaced or compensated in anyway . Called the info I was given by office manager (Brandy) for there insurance and was told they had been denied several months prior . No calls returned , no communication at all . Sad , that this person claims to be a Christian based company , yet another lie.
  Arrest records for public view for fraud not a pretty picture! Be careful who you trust with your move , do your research .
  Still waiting on my claim to be paid for items that I will never be able to replace , family items some over 100 years old .

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Absolute worst experience. Pick up one day, deliver the next. NOT HARDLY!! Over the next 3 days we got our stuff, I think. We overbooked I was told. Not the consumer’s problem. Items came tossed, dinged, scratched, glass missing, legs for bed frames missing, furniture not wrapped, TV screens cracked, still trying to find a piece of furniture. ANTIQUE HUTCH with glass completely shattered. No apologies. No solutions. Just get the money!!! They don’t have their own trucks. They rent moving trucks and pick up day laborers to drive your personal possessions across the state or country. Absolutely an unprofessional job. They cuss like drunken sailors in the presence of your family. No one ounce of respect! Last shipment was just left in the garage, including a heavy entertainment center. Leave that to the homeowner to worry about I guess. Choose wisely. Go with a national reputable brand. It may cost more, but it will save you the aggravation later.

  Overall a great experience, from the customer service to the actual move. The office was very helpful with scheduling and reassuring me that things would go as planned. The movers were courteous and professional, and handled all of my many (many!) items - from small boxes to my very large, heavy armoire - with care. Will definitely recommend to friends!

  We hired Move It All to help us move into our first home. The crew was very professional, efficient and and hard working. All of our furniture was protected and moved properly. We would highly recommend using them for your moving needs!

  I spoke with whom I think may have been the boss originally as he was teaching and explaining how to take the call to provide my needs. He was very professional and kind. Every call made to them was pleasant. I had to call a few times to reschedule as my move date changed.
  Brandy and Jordan were the two that came to move my things. It was a very hot day and I was moving to a third floor with no elevator. They worked very hard that day and were both very friendly. I would surely use their services again in the future and definitely recommend them for anyones moving needs!
