  I had my son 7/23/22 I didn’t received any balance of the bill .today I was served 7/2/24 with court papers. It says that I owed them $155 but now after interest and debt cancellation and attorney fees have to pay $2000.

  This company is a complete joke and the billing department does not communicate internally with any other part of the company. I have requested three different times a copy of a document they claim I signed right before my surgery which discloses the payment terms and conditions. After contacting the facility where the procedure was performed I received a document that had no references to terms and conditions or payment. I will never allow any doctor that uses this entity for billing or contracting services, perform work on me again.

  I really dislike and don't know why hospitals use these other services. I didn't contract or ask for these goons. They claim they called but couldn't be bothered to leave a voice mail, they claim they sent letters but I have yet to see anything in the mail. How or why they are ever involved in anything in the first place is beyond me.

  They called for a credit card 3 times and 3 times I gave them a different card number to run. Never heard back from them. So it was thought to be resolved. Imagine my surprise when I get court stuff saying my $100 bill is now $600 from some ambulance chasing shyster lawyer even though they didn't even for anything. Trying to call their billing department is a joke, IF you can get in touch with them they take forever to get anything resolved. Can't even finish getting it resolved on a 1 hour lunch break.

  I had a child in Feb.2019, I paid every cent I owed them. They served me court papers for $90 almost 5 years later, now they want $400 in lawyer fees too.They didn't try to contact me once to resolve this $90. It's been so long. I have no proof I paid it because who keeps those records for this long. It will cost me more money in lawyer fees and missing work to resolve this. Shame on you for doing this!
