Our living room faces a busy street and the windows were 20 years old--noisy and cold. Mountain View Window and Door replaced 10 windows. Throughout the process (measuring, estimating, clearing with HOA, installing, cleaning up), the Mtn View people were professional, response and great to work with! We're extremely pleased with the project and recommend them to anyone wanting high quality window replacement.

I wasted a week of mine and my customers time trying to get quote from these guys. They said they would give me a quote in 24-48hrs and I never heard back. I called back and they once again said they would help and didn’t. I called a third time and than was told that they won’t help me with the pocket door I needed. They than sent me to another company that did not answer. Massive waste of time and energy spent trying to literally hand them business. I feel that they could have just told me the first time but instead I get ignored for a week and it made me look bad to my customers. Not cool.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Mountain View. It was great to see products in person at the showroom, and our sales rep was so helpful in explaining our options. Although we had a design/build firm on our project, Mountain View's guidance and expertise was integral to the success of the windows and doors on the project. We will definitely use Mountain View for future window/door projects.

I would highly recommend Mountain View to my friends and we will be using them a second time this year. We originally used them for a home remodel in 2018 where the builder had Mountain View as an option for us. We choose Mountain View and are extremely happy with the outcome.

The sales person was very friendly and explained everything to us, as this was our first time buying windows and doors. We saw numerous window and screen options and chose the options best for us. We did the same for doors and we are thrilled with the outcomes. The delivery had a small hiccup due to mislabling at the manufacturer (Andersen), but the Devon (the owner) got involved and had it squared away in no time with zero delays to our project. Devon was so nice and personable and made us feel we had made the right choice; he even made sure to show us how the windows worked once installed.

We are doing a a second remodel this year and we insisted that Mountain View supply our windows and our tri-fold door; the only supplier we made this demand of to our builder. If you have a choice in your windows and doors, you cannot go wrong selecting Mountain View.

After extensive research into new exterior doors, we worked with Ed McClain on selecting a Provia fiberglass door. Ed helped us select the right color for our door and took time answering our questions. He made sure the measurements were correct before placing the order and kept us up-to-date on the status of our door. We love our new door and are extremely satisfied with the product.
