Nice place, nice people live here. Great area, so close to everything. Schools, stores, Layton Hills Mall. Restaurants for every taste are very close also. I also know why they call it "Mountain View Estates". Perfect view of mountains. I'd give it five stars, but the road construction makes it too dusty lately. I will probably put five stars on here after construction is totally done.
