They say they fix stuff but they don't I high recommend find different place scrappy customer service
Mr. Ryan Miller with Moss Motor Co. Was very friendly and informative. He acted like he wanted to help me with my needs, not like I was just person to sell to. He was very genuine and honest.
Moss Motors has excellent service department. They do what you asked them to do, and if they find a problem with something else with the vehicle they will call you and explain in detail of the problem.
Tyson Lovelady is an excellent person and salesman. He treated my family with upmost respect and honesty and we will definitely be back. I've already purchased 3 vehicles from him this year.

The staff and everyone there is friendly and polite, and very good experience when buying last two cars there. But as far servicing your car, that's another story altogether and for that, I give them one star. I made an appointment for my son's car TWO WEEKS in advance to have them check a recall problem and fix the tire pressure sensor. The appointment was for first thing in the morning between 7:00 and 8:00 am. and I emphasized that he works AND goes to school in Chattanooga so he needs the car back the same day. Day of appointment, we drop the car off before 8:00 am. At 4:02 pm I call to see if it's ready and am told that they just started working on it 15 minutes ago and it will probably not be finished today. What the hell are you guys doing!!!? I want to know HOW everyone else got priority when we made this appointment TWO FRIGGING WEEKS in advance for 8:00 in the morning!!!
If you guys can't keep on schedule, you need to at least CALL AND LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW so they can at least reschedule or go somewhere else. This is the third time this has happened and it ticks me off that you guys don't even have the courtesy to let us know how things are going. Keep it up and you'll lose us as customers for sure. I've already switched to Toyota and will never go back to a Ford, and if you don't rectify this problem, I won't recommend you to anyone. It's bad service, period, regardless of how polite and friendly everyone is. When I make an appointment two weeks in advance for first thing in the morning, I expect my car to have first priority not to have to call an hour before closing and be told that they just started working on it 15 minutes ago! I'm sorry, but personal is personal, and business is business, and this is something you guys definitely need to fix!
Had been given a paid vodgor for oil changes at a special rate. Was told when coming to use it, that it was no longer valid, honered. Cause being that the company was losing money on that particular promotion. I say, that if you promise to do a job, paid for,you better honer that binding. Yes we got the run around. Pleasant, crew.

An unbelievable buying experience from this dealership. I bought something used.. but it was a low pressure no haggle deal. Would assume the new car process would be similar. I could not be happier and suggest anyone from the Hamilton county area skip automotive row, and make the short trip to see these folks. Shawn was my guy and he even went above and beyond after the sale to get me an owners manual for my rig that wasn't originally part of the final deal. Great people !!!!
