  I bought a groupon a couple of years ago and then had serious health problems. Now that I am able, I called and asked about how to take my balloon ride. The WEBSITE gives a PHONE NUMBER that STILL HAS A MORNING STAR ANSWERING MACHINE ***BUT*** Darrin called me back and says THEY DON'T EXIST ANYMORE. That the company is NO LONGER because he decided to fly airplanes. AND he said that he wouldn't honor it even if they did because it is only good for 2 years. THAT'S FUNNY BECAUSE THERE IS NO EXPIRATION DATE ON MY CERTIFICATE: Sooooo. Now I am just out $ and he isn't responsible for ANYTHING. NICE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.. TAKE DOWN YOUR WEBSITE YOU SOUL-LESS JERK!

  Such a fun adventure! Took the wire up to park city for one of our anniversary and went on a balloon tour. It was so much fun and our pilot was hilarious!. Wine and crackers afterwards.

  BUYER BEWARE. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had bought the Groupon last year, (which ends up being through Soaring Adventures of America) and had scheduled a time to fly with Morning Star Balloons, the weather didn't permit us to fly the day of our ride, so we were told we could reschedule. It was the end of the season, and we were told it would be completely fine to reschedule for 2016. I called today and the gentlemen I spoke with, I believe it was Daren Wilde, told me we would need to pay an extra $250. I explained it said on the certificate that it didn't expire until June 1, 2017. He got flustered and said that wasn't the groupon (which in fact, it is), and he then grumbled we wouldn't have to pay the extra money. He asked for my credit card information to hold the spot, and I reiterated I wasn't going to pay extra money to ensure he wouldn't charge me, and he replied, "Well I don't need to fly you then!". I have never encountered such a rude person. WORST customer service, I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Use Acme Publishing Balloon Team in SLC instead. They are extremely friendly and accommodative!

  This was one of he most incredible experiences me and my wife have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and take a balloon ride with Morning Star Baloons. The pilot was awesome, very very knowledgable and most importantly very safe. Everyone was very nice. They kept us all involved in the process as well. It was simply an incredible experience.

  We had a great time with Morning Star Balloons. The staff made us feel at ease. We were able to learn a lot about ballooning while getting a terrific view of the Heber Valley. Thanks! This made our anniversary extra fun!

  I just wanted to take a few minutes to share our experience with Morning Star Balloons. My son had his Jr. Prom last Saturday, and we had lined up Morning Star to take the group of ten kids for a balloon ride. I was hoping they would provide a great experience for the kids since they had worked hard to plan a memorable day. Morning Star Balloons exceeded my expectations and were very professional and excellent to work with. My son told me that they guy that took them up was really nice and talked to them about hot air ballooning and did a great job. Unfortunately, some of the other aspects of their day didn't turn out as well, so it is very refreshing to find a company that takes their job seriously and provides excellent service. I was completely impressed by the way they treated the kids and I would recommend them to anyone who asked for a referral. Thanks for the great job; it was the highlight of their day!
