I'm sorry, but I have to change my review of this place! I'll leave what I previously posted so you can see the contrast in what I feel about the way they do business! We had been going there with no problems and then it all changed! I brought my other children in which happen to be off a different race! I called in and let them know I was out of town because of a family emergency (my nephew got hit by a truck) and we would be missing our up coming appointment and when I called back to schedule they claimed I didn't! It was the same lady on the phone and then she changed her story and tried to lie about what I said! She insisted she couldn't reschedule my daughter so I asked to reschedule my other children and she insisted that she had to cancel all 7 kids as patients due to this! Funny thing is this was the first contact after they found out that I have black children! I don't find this to be a coincidence because who in their right mind would lie about what a patient's mother said when talking about the appointment and cancel a family after a family has gone through such a trauma!

They have movies and videogames in the ceiling to distract them from what he is doing! They get prizes and feel like their appointment is a fun field trip instead of a torturous appointment like at some offices we have been to in the past! My children love going and even ask if it is time to go for a clean before it is time!

I guess long story short if your kids are white and you don't mind dealing with racist office staff then go there! Dr. Kidd seemed good with my son, but the office ladies looked at him like he just stepped out the jungle!

I love taking my kids to Dr.Kidd he is the only denist I trust for my kids and he always knows what to do for every solution my kids love going there he is the best denist I have ever tooken my kids to.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!
One of my kids had severe anxiety and another has autism and so in the past dental visits were a nightmare! Dr. Kidds staff is loving and gentle! They have movies and videogames in the ceiling to distract them from what he is doing! They get prizes and feel like their appointment is a fun field trip instead of a torturous appointment like at some offices we have been to in the past! My children love going and even ask if it is time to go for a clean before it is time!

LOVE Dr. Kidd and his staff. My kids wouldn't want to go anywhere else, because they love them too!! So glad we now have the convenience of pediatric dentistry in our area!

They called on Friday to confirm an appointment for Monday at 9 a.m. I let them know we had a conflict but to keep the appointment, because the next available spot they had was five weeks later, so I would move around the other appointment. Came in and they had canceled the appointment and it was already filled. They are trying to squeeze us in an hour after the original appointment so now the toddler, baby and I are sitting in the waiting area for at least an hour.

The dentist we saw last time was great (he's the reason there are even two stars on this review). But when the office staff are the ones you mostly deal with and they are so difficult, it makes it hard to want to keep bringing them our business.
