  We bought 2 new collars, one small one medium so our dog could grow in to it. When we got home to get the new collar off it was stuck, we had to really work to get it off. When we put it back on it didn't want to stay snapped, unless you wiggled it around to make it catch. Not a very safe way to walk a dog if it should come unlatched. We went to the store tonight to exchange the collar and were unable to do so. The lady was unable to figure out how to make the exchange. Then she said it looked like our dog had chewed on it, which he hadn't. We stood there for fifteen minutes with her not knowing what to do. I only wanted a like for like exchange. She became very rude with us and my husband walked out of the store. I stayed and tried to figure out what the issue was with a simple exchange. After another 15 minutes I left, with the damaged collar and a clerk who said she would be fired if she took it back. What in the world is up with that???? Horrible customer service. We have bought so much there over the last 8 years since we moved here but NEVER again!

  Moochie & Co is the only place I will get food and treats for my dog and mainly because the manager Natalie is super knowledgeable of the products and gives great suggestions! It's easy to see that she and the rest of the staff love to care for not only their pets but their customers' as well.

  Moochie & Co. is one of my favorite places to buy pet food, treats, and toys. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for an out-of-the-box pet store, I would highly recommend Moochie & Co.
