They did a phenomenal job on many trees. With the slowdowns of just about everything in COVID world, they were very forthcoming about informing me that there’d be a few weeks between quote and date of service. I REALLY appreciated that. Setting expectations is extremely important, especially when something can’t happen instantly. Also their price was 60% less than the other quoted price I got form someone else. ANY they hauled away the cut trees. I’ll be giving them a call again, next fall, if this one other tree doesn’t improve on it’s health. Reminder home owners, clear ivy away from trees so it doesn’t strangle them to death.
