370 dollars To get the lights turn on is absolutely Ridiculous, run a credit check for what the only thing this company should be worried about is do I have any pass bills with this company. what my past got to do with the decision for lights?

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Their "professional tree crews" chopped down one of my large oak trees and in the process destroyed one of my maple trees because of their haphazard, lazy work. Plenty of room in my yard to drop the tree without any damage, but yet in their hurry to finish up the job, they did it incorrectly. Extremely amateur and pathetic. And no compensation for the damage to my property. Too bad there's no other option for a power company because you bet I'd be switching.
