Have had to get duplicate documents, handle an estate and other issues over the years and have found everyone to be helpful and respectful. At one point, when I needed some documents and I was told which area I needed to go to, one of the ladies told me that she was going that way and if I would wait, she would get them for me. Very nice people, from security to clerks.

this place really doesn't even deserve a 1 star either. very rude employees you would think some would be more Mature working in a county clerks office sadly no. harassment and you could say stalking when passing by. very old fashioned people working in this building can be very crude and could work on their manners a bit more.. I'm actually considering looking into legal advise outside of morgantown wv and suing for the harassment i've put up with for years from this place.. very annoyed and unhappy with the treatment that comes outta this place..
